Healiant Introduces Innovative Infection Prevention and Covid Safety Training and Certification Program for Medical and Pharmaceutical Sales Reps
In the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic, Healiant Training Solutions has just introduced a new training and certificate program designed exclusively for medical and pharmaceutical sales professionals.

At a time when the medical and pharmaceutical sales industry is looking to get back in front of their customers after months of restricted and/or limited access, Healiant Training Solutions has created a new Covid Safety focused infection prevention training and certification program (CST). The program was designed to train healthcare professionals on the latest and most effective practices to safely re-enter the clinical setting and reconnect with essential healthcare workers. A first of its kind training program, CST focuses on teaching and validating Covid-19 related knowledge to the sales professionals and the role they can play in ensuring their own safety and that of the healthcare staff and their patients.

The new Covid Safety Training (CST) program from Healiant involves a 90 minute, webinar based training program, covering content directly from the WHO, CDC, APIC and NIH along with suggested pre-reading. It is delivered by Dolly Greene, RN, BSN, CIC, who is a former Chair and faculty member of APIC, one of the industry’s top SME experts and a certified infection prevention specialist. The training can be taken online in the form of a live webinar or on demand at leisure. By passing an exam at the end of the course, which requires an 85% or higher score, graduates will be Covid Safe Certified by Healiant. They will also have access to regular updates as new guidance is released.
Healiant’s Covid Safety Training (CST) program currently costs $99 per person for 90 day access to the course and periodic updates throughout the year. An additional fee of $69 applies per person for the exam, which is proctored remotely, the certificate of completion, and digital Infection Prevention Trained and Covid Safe Certified badge.
